Bhagya Lakshmi PG website
Paying-guest homes for women in Kondapur, Madhapur and HITEC City. Most PGs are found through word of mouth and listing apps, so I gave ours a proper home online, and then worked on how people would find it.

The problem
A family looking for a safe PG for their daughter wants to know a few things quickly: where it is, what the rooms look like, what the food is, and who to call. Before the website, all of that lived in phone calls and word of mouth. I wanted someone to be able to understand our three homes before they ever picked up the phone.
What's on it
- A separate page for each of the three homes
- Facilities, food menu and a photo gallery, so rooms and meals are shown rather than described
- A three-step enquiry form that hands the visitor's details straight to WhatsApp, where the PG already replies
- An AI assistant that runs locally in the browser to answer common questions
Beyond the website
A website nobody visits doesn't help much, so I also run Meta and ChatGPT ads for the PG and keep an eye on how enquiries come in. I've been thinking about the whole path a resident takes: seeing an ad, checking the site, sending a WhatsApp message, and getting a reply. Behind the website sits the private PG Management App, which already sends tenants messages through the WhatsApp API. I'm exploring how WhatsApp automation could connect the public side to it as well.
What I learned
Getting noticed is its own problem, separate from building something good. Ads, clear information and a quick way to reply all have to work together, and a change in one shows up in the others.
